Subscription Terms

01The plan

These Subscription Terms are part of the Terms of Service between you and DeftBid (Tarsow Creative, LLC).

DeftBid Pro is a single plan. It covers the phone app, the desktop web app, unlimited bids, unlimited customers, and every feature in the product.

One subscription covers all your devices.

02Trial

14 days free. No card required to start.

At the end of the trial nothing is deleted: your bids and your price book stay in your account. Access stops, though — until you subscribe, DeftBid shows the subscribe screen in place of your work, so you cannot open a bid, use your price book, or send anything.

03Price

$39 per month, or $390 per year (saving $78).

The same price applies whether you subscribe at deftbid.com or through the App Store or Google Play.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax your jurisdiction adds.

04Billing and renewal

A monthly subscription renews automatically for another month, and an annual subscription renews automatically for another year, in each case until you cancel. DeftBid charges the payment method on file at the start of each renewal period.

Subscribe on the web and Stripe processes your card; manage or cancel from Plan in the app, which opens your Stripe billing portal.

Subscribe through a store and that store bills you; manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. We cannot cancel a store subscription for you. If a renewal charge fails, DeftBid may retry it, and your access continues through the grace period the Terms of Service describe before it is cut off for non-payment.

05Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time and keep access until the period you have paid for ends.

Web subscriptions: email support@deftbid.com within 14 days of a charge for a full refund of that charge.

Store subscriptions: refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

06Price changes

DeftBid will give you notice in the app and by email at least 30 days before a price increase, and the increase applies starting with your next renewal after that notice.
